i had a fantastic stay during this christmas party. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made my experience enjoyable. the classic double room was charming and exceeded my expectations from my last visit in london.

Spent 5 nights in a classic double room and loved the cozy decor. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making us feel special. Had some amazing meals in the bar too! Only thing is, the room felt a bit cramped, especially with the weird bathroom setup. a solid experience, just needs a tad more space.

We were welcomed on arrival with our daughter getting a teddy bear which made her smile big, that was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of tasty pastries and the staff there really paid attention to us, made us feel at home.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was a great home base. We caught a show at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre and explored nightlife in the area. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the common areas felt cozy. Highly recommend staying here!
